Rewards App Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms. Runza National, Inc. (“Runza” or “we”) is proud to offer you the Runza APP Club.  Participation entitles you to earn and redeem Runza Loyalty Program points (the “Loyalty Program”) and to be awarded Rewards (“Rewards”) at participating Runza restaurants. By opening a Loyalty Program account, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
  2. Enrolling in the Loyalty Program. You must have a mobile device or an email account to participate.      This helps us keep you informed about your account and Rewards.  To enroll in the Loyalty Program, go to runza.com/rewards-app. and download the Runza Loyalty Program app (“APP”) to your IOS or Android device and follow the prompts to create an account. After you create your account, you can immediately begin using the mobile/online APP and earning points. Each mobile device can only have one Loyalty Program account. In addition, you may only have one Loyalty Program account. You are responsible for all transactions associated with your account.  We do not charge a fee to participate in the Loyalty Program or to open an account.
  3. Earning Points. To earn Loyalty Program points for a qualifying purchase, you must scan the QR code in the APP, or be logged into your Loyalty Program account at the time you place an order via the APP.  You will earn ten (10) points for each $1.00 spent on food and beverage purchases made in-person (dining room or carry-out) or drive-thru at a participating Runza Restaurant. Payment must be made by cash, debit or credit card.  Points are not earned for shipping purchases, purchases made by redeeming Loyalty Program points or Rewards, or orders placed through third party delivery, such as Uber Eats or Door Dash.  Points are not earned for the amount of delivery fees, taxes, charges, tips and other gratuity associated with your purchase.  Loyalty programs offered by third parties through channels, programs, or apps not integrated to the Runza App will not be available or eligible for points. There is no limit to the number of points you may accumulate.  Rewards and points earned through the Loyalty Program are promotional and have no cash value. Points are not transferable. Accounts with no new transactional activity within any 180-day period will be automatically deactivated and all points associated with the accounts and Rewards will be permanently forfeited.

For your online order, follow this process to earn points:

  • Log into your Loyalty Program account on the Runza APP and place your order.
  • Indicate the menu item that you select for redemption of your points. Payment for any other items that you purchase on the order must be made with a payment method available in the APP.
  • You may redeem points in your account for food and beverage on the Runza menu that you order, or you may continue to accumulate the points in your account.
  • Points may only be earned by the person paying for the order.  If you are signed in as “guest” when you place your order, your account will not be credited with points.
  1. Non-APP Purchases.      If you make a purchase without your APP you may still earn Loyalty Program points if you have the receipt from your purchase.  Visit the “Forgot to Scan” in the Account tab of the APP and scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt.  You must complete this process within 30 days after the date of the receipt.  Points are awarded for eligible purchases.
  2. Using Points. To redeem Loyalty Points or use a Reward, you must:
  • APP – prior to scanning your QR code, visit the Scan tab and tap the star icon to see how many Loyalty Points or Rewards you have available to use.
    • Reward: Click “Apply” if you would like to use a Reward for the transaction.
    • Loyalty Program points: Tap the check box below the QR code for credit against your order. 
  • Online ordering – you can review and redeem your accumulated points and Rewards as part of the checkout process.

When you complete the transaction, the redeemed points or Reward will be removed from your account.  Only one menu item reward may be obtained in a single transaction.  If you have accumulated more Loyalty Points than is required to redeem a menu item reward or credit the full order, the excess will be continued as a credit on your account.  You will NOT receive the difference in cash, credit or any other manner. A Reward will be cancelled when the award is used.  Rewards expire and the date/time is included on the Rewards page.

  1. Additional Rewards. From time to time, you may receive a reward separate from the Loyalty Program points (a “Reward”).  Rewards are not earned based on your purchases but are granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Runza. This may include an enrollment reward, a birthday reward, or other rewards selected by Runza.      Instructions will be sent to your email account as to how to claim or be eligible for a Reward.
  2. Restrictions on Rewards.  Neither Loyalty Program Points nor Rewards may be used for cash back or to purchase gift cards. You can redeem Loyalty Program points and a Reward on the same order, but you can only redeem one Reward per order.      Loyalty Program points and Rewards expire, so please be sure to check your account for the expiration date of all points and each Reward.
  3. Suspension, Modification and Termination.  Runza may at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability: (a) suspend or terminate operation of or access to the APP or the Loyalty Program, or any portion thereof; (b) change, revise, or modify the APP or these Terms, or any portion thereof; (c) interrupt the operation of the APP or the Loyalty Program, or any portion thereof for maintenance and support; and/or (d) impose limits on certain features of the APP or the Loyalty Program. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and/or updates to the Terms. Any revisions to the Terms will become effective upon posting on the APP, and your continued use or participation in the Loyalty Program after any change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified. If any change is unacceptable to you, you must immediately discontinue your use or participation in the Loyalty Program.  Further, if Runza determines in its sole discretion that (i) you have violated the Terms, (ii) you have more than one (1) account, or (iii) the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, Runza may, in its sole discretion, suspend, deactivate or cancel your account(s), or it may combine accounts that appear to be duplicative, and you may be restricted from further participation in the Loyalty Program. If your participation in the Loyalty Program is suspended or terminated for any reason, then all accumulated points in your account and all Rewards are forfeited and void. 
  4. Expiration.  If the Program is discontinued or terminated, all Loyalty Program points and Rewards will expire immediately, or within a stated number of days that we determine. No refund will be made of any unused points or Rewards.
  5. Personal.      The Loyalty Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. The Loyalty Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use or participate in the Loyalty Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms.
