Runza^® Fundraiser Application

We partner with many organizations for fundraisers. Here are some EXAMPLES:

K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, Booster Clubs, Sports Teams, School Clubs, Prom)
College/University Groups & Student Events
Youth Teams & Organizations (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
Non-profits and Community Organizations & Events

APPLICATION

Applications are due at least four weeks in advance of your preferred date. We will respond to your request in 3-5 business days.

DONATION SPECIFICS

A percentage of sales (dine in, carry out, drive thru, and order ahead through the Runza^® app) will be donated. Sales from a third-party delivery platform do not count.

ELIGIBILITY

Fundraiser opportunities are available for events, teams, and organizations. If you are looking for a fundraiser for an individual, a for-profit company, or a lobbying/political group, etc., we are not the right fit.

Agreements

I understand this is only an initial request and does not guarantee my fundraiser will be approved. If accepted I will be required to provide federal tax ID (and possibly a W-9) for the organization. I will not promote the fundraiser until official flyers have been received with an approval email from Runza®. I also understand that fundraisers are limited to one fundraiser every 6 months per organization. Multiple location applications will be denied.

We are allowed to have one fundraiser/locations per organization per six months.
