Rewards are pushed by Runza® Restaurants or appear based on your purchase behavior.
App – Prior to scanning your QR code, tap on the star icon to see if you have any rewards available to use. Click Apply if you'd like to use one.
Online Ordering – You will have the opportunity to review your Rewards as part of the checkout process.
Ten points are earned for every $1 spent (pre-tax less any discounts). Five dollars in Loyalty funds will be added to your account each time you achieve 1,000 points.
To receive points for a qualifying purchase, you must scan the QR code in the app at a Runza® Restaurant location, or be logged in to your account at the time you place an order ahead order online here or via the Runza® app. You can order in the app and the ordering website as a guest, however, points will not be awarded for those purchases.
When you reach 1,000 points, $5 will be available for you to spend in the Scan tab.
The $5 download/account registration credit expires 60 days after download. Loyalty points and funds reset to zero after six months of inactivity.
Rewards expire and the date/time is included on the Rewards page.
Rewards have expiration dates and/or usage timeframes or days of the week. You can view both Rewards and Loyalty points prior to each transaction. Note: Loyalty funds are available once you reach 1,000 points. Each customer is in charge of when they want to apply Rewards & Loyalty funds.

Once an order is submitted, changes aren’t possible. You are welcome to place an additional order ahead order or purchase items when you visit the store to pick up your order.
Canceling an order is not an option at this time.

No, we do not. Order ahead orders are ready for pick up inside the restaurant at the front counter.
A receipt email will be sent for each purchase you make via the app and online ordering. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

Find the receipt from your purchase. Purchase must be within the last 30 days. Visit Forgot to Scan in the Account tab of the app, and scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt. Points awarded for eligible purchases, less any tax and Rewards/offers.
Visit the Scan tab. Your point total appears under your name.

Your location information is needed to locate the restaurant(s) nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.
Yes! Make sure your birthday is entered in your profile information. To check, tap on Account, then Edit Profile.
There is no limit.
Printed coupons cannot be redeemed on order ahead orders. Please place your order in person at a store to use the coupon.
You can redeem a Reward and Loyalty funds on the same transaction. You can only redeem one Reward per order.
No, points are not awarded for gift card purchases.
