Certified Shift Supervisor

Once a crew member has mastered the positions in the store, they may want to try their hand in a leadership position. In order for a shift to run smoothly, it is imperative a Shift Supervisor is present. This person is in charge when a management person is not around and they lead the other crew members throughout the shift. A Certified Shift Supervisor is often responsible for opening or closing the store. A higher wage is usually associated with this position. Must be at least 18 years of age to be a Certified Shift Supervisor.
