Office Culture
The
Runza® National Office is located in Lincoln, Nebraska
and currently employs approximately 35 people.
Runza®
National is a support system for the stores. Each
department is available to assist the stores with
bookkeeping, human resources, marketing, products,
administrative support, operations, maintenance,
etc. We believe that two-way communication is the
key to any company's success. Feedback is encouraged
from all levels of the organization. Over the years
many innovative ideas have shaped Runza's® policies
and procedures. Our "open door" philosophy encourages
these ideas and suggestions. Many office staff members
have previously worked in the stores, which has
helped our company grow and benefit from their knowledge
and ability to see all perspectives. The average
length of employment for our current office staff
is 15 ˝ years.
