Crew members are offered flexible schedules that meet the needs of busy students, working parents, and those who have other time commitments.

Many of Runza^®’s top crew members increase their store duties and responsibilities to become a Certified Shift Supervisor, Certified Store Bookkeeper, Certified Store Trainer, or a Neighborhood Marketing Representative. These positions allow crew members to learn new responsibilities without giving up any of the flexibility they enjoy. Thorough, top-notch training is offered for each of these positions. The training and experience gained by holding one of these positions is certainly applicable to obtaining other careers and is an excellent stepping stone to higher positions within Runza^®.
