Certified Store Trainer

A Certified Store Trainer must possess superior knowledge of store positions they train others in, such as: Front/Drive Thru, Production, and Kitchen. Responsibilities include: cross-training current employees, training new employees on positions, store policies, and culture in accordance to the "Official Runza^® Training Guide", filling out new employee paperwork, communicating the trainee’s progress to management, etc. Employee must be 18 years of age or older. There are no specific hour or shift requirements and a higher wage accompanies this position.
