I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE. CAN I STILL EARN & SPEND POINTS?

You sure can! Sign up or log in to use the program online.

WHAT IS A REWARD?

Rewards are pushed by Runza® Restaurants or appear based on your purchase behavior.

HOW DO I USE A REWARD?
  • App – Prior to scanning your QR code, tap on the star icon to see if you have any rewards available to use. Click Apply if you'd like to use one.
  • Online Ordering – You will have the opportunity to review your Rewards as part of the checkout process.
WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS?

Ten points are earned for every $1 spent (pre-tax less any discounts). Five dollars in Loyalty funds will be added to your account each time you achieve 1,000 points.

HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?

To receive points for a qualifying purchase, you must scan the QR code in the app at a Runza® Restaurant location, or be logged in to your account at the time you place an order ahead order online or via the Runza® app. You can order in the app and the ordering website as a guest, however, points will not be awarded for those purchases.

HOW DO I USE LOYALTY FUNDS?

When you reach 1,000 points, $5 will be available for you to spend in the Scan tab.

  • App – Prior to scanning your QR code, check the box on the Scan tab to use your funds.
  • Online Ordering – You will have the opportunity to review your Loyalty Funds as part of the checkout process.
DO LOYALTY FUNDS AND POINTS EXPIRE?

Loyalty points and funds reset to zero after six months of inactivity.

DO REWARDS EXPIRE? 

Rewards expire and the date/time is included on the Rewards page. 

I HAVE A REWARD AND/OR LOYALTY FUNDS AND IT DIDN’T APPLY TO MY ORDER.

Rewards have expiration dates and/or usage timeframes or days of the week. You can view both Rewards and Loyalty points prior to each transaction. Note: Loyalty funds are available once you reach 1,000 points. Each customer is in charge of when they want to apply Rewards & Loyalty funds.

I WANT TO ADD OR UPDATE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TO MY ACCOUNT?

Visit the Account tab, choose Payment Method.

CHANGE AN ORDER

Once an order is submitted, changes aren’t possible. You are welcome to place an additional order ahead order or purchase items when you visit the store to pick up your order.

CANCEL AN ORDER

You can contact the store. If they haven't started order preparation, a refund can be requested by our corporate office.

PREVIOUS ORDERS

You can find past orders by clicking on the Account tab.

PICKING UP AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER

Order ahead orders are ready for pick up inside the restaurant or you can use the drive-thru.  

I NEED A RECEIPT.

A receipt email will be sent for each purchase you make via the app and online ordering. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.

I WAS CHARGED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT FOR MY ORDER.

Please email additional information about your order and issue along with a photo of your receipt to app@runza.com.

I MADE A PURCHASE WITHOUT MY APP. CAN I STILL RECEIVE POINTS FOR THE SPEND?

Find the receipt from your purchase. Purchase must be within the last 30 days. Visit Forgot to Scan in the Account tab of the app, and scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt. Points awarded for eligible purchases, less any tax and Rewards/offers.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY LOYALTY POINTS I HAVE?

Visit the Scan tab. Your point total appears under your name.

THE POINTS EARNED DON’T MATCH MY RECEIPT. WHY?

Loyalty points are earned on the pre-tax amount less any discounts.

WHY DOES THE RUNZA® APP ASK FOR MY LOCATION INFORMATION?

Your location information is needed to locate the restaurant(s) nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.

DO I GET A BIRTHDAY OFFER FOR BEING A RUNZA® APP CLUB MEMBER?

Yes! Make sure your birthday is entered in your profile information. To check, tap on Account.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND IN A DAY THROUGH MY APP?

There is no limit.

CAN I USE A PRINTED COUPON FOR AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER?

Printed coupons cannot be redeemed on order ahead orders. Please place your order in-person at a store to use the coupon.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE REWARD AVAILABLE. CAN I USE THEM ALL AT ONCE?

You can redeem a Reward and Loyalty funds on the same transaction. You can only redeem one Reward per order.

DO I EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?

No, points are not awarded for gift card purchases.

HOW DO I SHARE FEEDBACK OR A CONCERN?

Visit the Account tab and tap Customer Support or share here.

I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER BUT WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION. HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER FULFILLED?

Please double check the payment information connected to your account is correct and updated. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact us at 1-800-929-2394.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST RUNZA® RESTAURANTS LOCATION? WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT’S HOURS?

Click on the Locations pin in the upper left corner of the Order tab.
